About the event
Libro.fm and Silent Book Club have paired up with over 450 independent bookshops and libraries to protest ongoing censorship on October 5 and 6.
Howling Basset Books will be partnering with Lambertville's Free Public Library for this event.
Howling Bassett will be open on Sunday, October 5th for book browsing and shopping. The library will be open from 10:00 to 6:00 on Monday--stop in anytime to browse the display and join the read-in.
Both the Lambertville Free Public Library and Howling Basset Books will have displays of banned books for you to browse, borrow (at the library) or purchase (at the bookstore). The display will include a QR code for a free copy of Kristen Miller’s book Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books from Libro.fm
Howling Bassett will be open on Sunday, October 5th for book browsing: the library will have a display and all-day read-in on Monday, October 6.
