Midnight Children

Mysteriously awakened in the middle of the night, twelve-year-old Ravani Foster sees a truck drop off seven children at an abandoned home in his hometown of Slaughterville. Lonely Ravani is curious about the children and quickly meets and makes friends with energetic and warm Virginia. Ravani soon learns the children are a found family calling themselves the Ragabonds who are on the run from someone they call the Hunter. Ravani works to help the children keep their secret, but when his biggest bully finds out and threatens him with blackmail, Ravani must rally his courage to save his only friends.
